Police arrest man accused of breaking into judge’s car downtown
Police have arrested a man accused of trying to break into a judge’s car.
Authorities said Robert Foltz Jr. is accused of taking items from a judge’s vehicle in a downtown parking lot on Friday. The judge whose car was allegedly broken in to has not been identified.
Officials said when officers tried to speak with Foltz, he assaulted one of them and tried to assault another. Police also said Foltz appeared to be intoxicated.
Foltz was wanted on a bench warrant in connection with an aggravated assault charge in Mifflin County, police said.
Authorities said Foltz told officers he was homeless and was staying in Pittsburgh as part of the Occupy movement.
